Shane came to our house for an initial consultation and conversation about possible works on our attic space. I'm really impressed with their approach to budgeting to ensure that we are fully aware of the scope of the project, and that our wants and needs are respected. We were about 5 months away from having our first child when we approached Kevin & Shane to completely reno our kitchen and bathroom. They stepped up big time: design, sourcing, budget, execution, professionalism. All 10/10. Not only do we love our new renos, they left us with plenty of time before the baby arrived.
